How do I request a custom piece?

For inquiries about custom fine jewelry items, please send us an email at au.elements.jewelry@gmail.com and provide your name, contact information, and as many details about your piece of interest as possible. We will reply within 1-3 business days with more information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Au Elements Jewelry does not accept returns or exchanges, however, we do cover the first $50 worth of repair/cleaning services for each of our items.

How long does shipping take?

For domestic, U.S. orders, Au Elements Jewelry ships using USPS's Priority service, which takes roughly 2-4 days to arrive.

For international orders, we ship using USPS's Priority International service, with delivery times varying by country and customs regulations.

Do you offer payment plans?

Au Elements Jewelry is happy to offer customized payment plans, with a maximum of 4 installments.

However, the item(s) cannot be shipped to you until all payments are complete. Installments are non-refundable, and if payments cannot be completed, Au Elements Jewelry reserves the right to keep the deposit and return the item(s) of interest to the storefront.
