After recieving your design request and smoothing out any additional details, we will create drawings and quote assessments for your piece. Consultation meetings through video chat or email may be requested in order to ensure we are on target with your wishes.

Once you approve of the primary design and pay the security deposit, we will begin modeling the end product. For fine jewelry, we will send CAD images and, for an additional charge, a 3D printed mockup to show you what your final product will look like. During this stage, we can fulfill any modification requests.

After casting or hand carving your product, we will polish, stone set, and clean your item to perfection. Upon your full satisfaction with the end result, we will issue the final invoice. Once it is paid, we will promply ship the item to you in protective, biodegradable packaging.
