Thanks for reaching out! Within 1-2 weeks of recieving your design request, we will contact you via email to smooth out the details and send a deposit request. This non-refundable deposit is included in the final amount.

Once the security deposit is cleared, we will begin modeling your piece. For fine jewelry, we will send CAD images to show you what the final product will look like. During this stage, we can fulfill any modification requests.

After casting, we will polish, stone set, and clean your item to perfection. Upon your full satisfaction with the end result, we will issue the final invoice. Once it is paid, we will promply ship the item to you. Enjoy your bespoke jewelry!
