Is there a warranty?

Au Elements offers a lifetime warranty on all in-house items. However, this warranty only covers damages due to product defects. All items are thoroughly inspected after fabrication and insured through the courier before shipping.

We recommend purchasing a jewelry insurance plan that can cover the cost of accidental damages, theft, and loss. We recommend Jewelers Mutual or Zillion.

While Au Elements Jewelry does not offer appraisal services at this time, we will send you a detailed invoice with your order. Depending on your insurance provider, items valued under $3,000 typically do not require an appraisal document.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Au Elements Jewelry does not accept returns or exchanges on special order items.

Non-custom items and estate pieces can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned items incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs when sending items back to our studio.

To start a return, an exchange, or if there is an issue with your jewelry upon arrival, please email us as at au.elements.jewelry@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?

For domestic, U.S. orders under $500, Au Elements Jewelry ships using USPS's Priority service, which takes roughly 3-5 days to arrive.

More valuable items are shipped through either FedEx's standard 2-day service or their standard overnight services. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

For international orders, we ship using USPS's Priority International service, with delivery times varying by country and customs regulations.

Do you offer payment plans?

Au Elements Jewelry is happy to offer customized layaway plans for up to 6 months without interest.

However, the item(s) cannot be shipped to you until all payments are complete. Installments are non-refundable, and if payments cannot be completed, Au Elements Jewelry reserves the right to return the item(s) of interest to the storefront.
